According to the unified deployment of the Central Government, from October 11 to December 20, 2020, the Central Ninth Inspection Team carried out regular inspections to the Party Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. On February 4, 2021, the Central Inspection Team gave feedback on the inspection opinions to the Party Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the inspection work, the party group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced the inspection and improvement exhibition in the "Bulletin" on October 23.
In response to the rectification of the problem of insufficient efforts to promote agricultural and rural reforms, the "Bulletin" announced three aspects, including optimizing institutional settings and functional allocation.
